VIP Reception and public grand opening of the Mark Twain Public Library in Long Beach, CA, August 9-11, 2007. The library was built completely eco-conscious, and was partially funded by local community groups such as the Khmer Business Association and private individuals. Over 5000 people attended the grand opening and received library cards within the first week. There are meeting rooms, computer rooms, special reading areas and a fine collection of books, dvd and other educational elements including a fish-tank and kids-zone. It is worth visiting and checking out a book!
